We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Application Specialist to support our interventional radiology navigation and liver diagnostic imaging products. As a Clinical Application Specialist, you will serve as the technical expert on our products, providing training, education, and support to physicians, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
– Conduct product demonstrations and provide training to healthcare professionals on the use of our interventional radiology navigation systems and liver diagnostic imaging software.
– Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and customize product solutions accordingly.
– Provide technical support to customers during installation, integration, and maintenance of our products.
-Educate end users on clinical applications and clinical benefits of technologies.
– Assist in the development and execution of clinical studies and trials, collecting data and analyzing results.
– Serve as a liaison between customers and our internal teams, providing valuable feedback to improve product performance and usability.
– Stay up to date with the latest advancements in interventional radiology navigation and liver diagnostic imaging technologies, sharing knowledge with internal teams and customers.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in radiologic technology/imaging or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
– Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a clinical or healthcare setting, with specific experience in interventional radiology navigation systems and liver diagnostic imaging.
– Strong understanding of medical imaging techniques, including CT, MRI, ultrasound, and fluoroscopy.
– Familiarity with image-guided interventions, interventional procedures, and related medical devices.
– Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively train and educate healthcare professionals on complex technical concepts.
– Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
– Ability to travel frequently to customer sites for training and support.
