Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Specialist to join Edifice Medical Technologies for the existing and upcoming product lines. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a critical role in planning and executing marketing strategies to promote our medical devices, increase brand awareness, and drive revenue growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including application specialists, sales, services, to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies for all products to meet company objectives, including product launches, trade shows, conferences, digital marketing campaigns etc

Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies and positioning.

Manage and maintain the company’s digital marketing platforms, including website content, social media presence, email marketing etc.

Track and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics, provide reports, and recommend optimizations for continuous improvement.

Coordinate and participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to showcase our products, generate leads, and build brand awareness.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, customers, and industry stakeholders to identify partnership and collaboration opportunities.

Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements to drive innovation and competitiveness.

Assist in the development of marketing budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-effective marketing operations.

Support sales teams in their marketing and promotional efforts, including providing training, sales tools, and marketing resources.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing or related roles, specifically in the medical device or healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tactics, including website management, social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions and measure campaign success.
  • Experience in market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and collaborate with colleagues at all levels.
  • Results-driven with strong project management and organizational skills.

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Sales and Application Specialist for our robotic technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the sales and applications of our state-of-the-art robotic technologies and navigation systems used in surgical procedures.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the sales strategy for technologies, targeting hospitals, surgical centers, and healthcare professionals

– Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts, including surgeons, operating room staff, and hospital administrators

– Demonstrate the benefits of our robotic technologies/navigation systems to potential customers through live presentations, product demonstrations, and workshops
