As an Area Sales Manager for healthcare IT technologies, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and increasing market share in the healthcare industry. Your primary focus will be on promoting and selling nurse call systems, medical device integration, and operation theatre integration solutions to hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets in the assigned territory

– Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in healthcare facilities

– Identify new business opportunities and target accounts to expand the customer base

– Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers about the benefits of our healthcare IT technologies

– Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales collateral, promotional materials, and campaigns

– Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence to management

– Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements related to healthcare IT technologies

– Attend conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent the company and generate leads

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)

– Proven track record of success in B2B sales within the healthcare industry

– Strong knowledge of healthcare IT technologies such as nurse call systems, medical device integration, and operation theatre integration

– Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels

– Ability to understand customer needs and position our solutions as value-added offerings

– Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset

– Proficiency in using CRM software for managing sales pipelines and activities

– Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required
