As an Area Sales Manager for operation theatre equipment and pneumatic tube systems, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets within your assigned territory. You will work closely with hospitals, surgical centers, and healthcare facilities to understand their needs and provide customized solutions that meet their requirements.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the assigned territory

– Identify potential customers and generate leads through market research, networking events, and cold calling

– Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals and healthcare facilities

– Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and trainings to educate customers about the benefits of our operation theatre equipment and pneumatic tube systems

– Collaborate with the technical team to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate recommendations

– Prepare sales proposals, negotiate prices, and close deals in a timely manner

– Monitor market trends, competitors’ activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth

– Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the management team

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (MBA preferred)

– Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the healthcare industry, preferably in selling operation high values capital equipment or medical supplies

– Strong knowledge of operation theatre equipment and pneumatic tube systems is highly desirable

– Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport with customers at all levels

– Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on customer satisfaction

– Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently

– Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required

Note: Previous experience in selling operation theatre equipment or medical supplies will be given preference.

Location – Gujarat (preferably Ahmedabad)

Travel – 80%Role Type – Full-Time, In-Office/On-Field
