We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Sales and Application Specialist for our robotic technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the sales and applications of our state-of-the-art robotic technologies and navigation systems used in surgical procedures.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute the sales strategy for technologies, targeting hospitals, surgical centers, and healthcare professionals
– Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts, including surgeons, operating room staff, and hospital administrators
– Demonstrate the benefits of our robotic technologies/navigation systems to potential customers through live presentations, product demonstrations, and workshops
– Provide technical support and training to customers on the proper use of our robotic systems/navigation systems, ensuring their successful integration into surgical workflows
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, engineering, and clinical support to drive customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets
– Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor products, and technological advancements in laparoscopy and urology robotics
– Meet and exceed sales targets
– Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
– Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
– Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
– Identify prospects and close business deals
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (biomedical engineering, life sciences, business etc.)
– Prior experience in medical device sales for urology/general surgery/gynecology/radiology or application support necessary
– Strong knowledge of robotic technologies used in surgeries
– Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with customers
– Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
– Ability to communicate complex technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
– Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
